We've been fed a lot of streams in her 3 and a half years very regularly, even now, but the first years were really the golden year for streams because she got more time for her own streaming desires. And for AAA games, she said nothing really about wanting to stream these in particular, but I remember possibilities of Yakuza and Rain Code longplay series for example, pushed back for their respective reasons I guess. But with Persona off the target for a bit, maybe that's gonna leave some space for either more short games or another long series at least. It's just gonna be up to Reine and her health and homework, and if she feels like it at the moment.
There's really no issue with taking a short break once in a while. It's even a good opportunity to come back fresh or sort some other personal issues you may have (could be health, could be work, could be family). Take care of yourself, meppa. Just like Reine should take care of herself. Then you'll both be back at your own times, hopefully feeling better than before. Godspeed!
