I always like to see other people starting to do their reps because it makes the culture a lot more enjoyable for them and the discussions in the threads much better for all of us if more people actually understand her. I'd never have been able to get started without someone giving me a nudge in the right direction back then, so I like to pass it forward and help where I can.
