There's a reason people post that image of Kuzuha carrying the Nijisanji globe, his view numbers and stream hours are that far ahead that dropping from 30k to 27k would impact the whole company.
Also, i can't find exact data, but i believe that was about the time Apex was super bad after the update and people weren't playing it. I know the servers first got fucked in early September during the Selene-Bon-Hada tournament, but i couldn't say for the rest of the month.
