You know who -investor- is, right? You know how many accounts she's had banned, but still has
5 actively owned by her, known to be her by Youtube based on prior history of said accounts? That rule is EXTREMELY unenforced, until it's convenient for YT to use as an additional cudgel. Don't count on it, but don't trust it won't get used either.
