Sill dies (Rance childhood friend that ahs been with him since the first game) Rance loses it, kill the whole demon army himself and becomes demon king. Rance slowly lsoes and starts to really become the demon after holding out for so long. Rance stop being funny and starts being serious and people realize "Oh fuck Rance is really fucking powerful he was just not being serious we might be fucked". Then it flips the 2nd half of the game where the only people who might even be close to as powerful to fight him are his kids and you play as them to find a way to beat Rance. I really like just seeing Rance stop being a funny guy and he's really fucking scary.There is why people probably like it and why it's so huge of a game. through spoilers, but I left a lot out really.
