basically, they should not have turned their knives on her and framed it that it was their (management's) fault that they couldn't get things to work out, that it was a collective fail of the company, instead of being petty and playing the blame game acting selfless despite knowing what immense duress and life-changing (rather, ending) shit she was going through. that just makes the entire fucking company look fucking evil, like bullies going "yeahh she almost killed herself but well it was all her fault anyway." that shit is literally what only a total asshole with 0 sympathy says to someone about suicide, literally a wordy version of the "do a flip" /b/ tier response. that's what they fucking did. then they had multiple talents to try to run hit pieces on her trying to 'set the record straight' aka force their version of events as canon over hers. thinking about all this again, nijiEN in fact has not suffered nearly enough yet for this IMO.
