Ok, it's schizo time. A bunch of applicants posted a similar reply, something like "Good luck to those that passed to the next phase!!" This makes it sound like they didn't pass but isn't explicitly enough, it's not a straight "No". Maybe VSJ asked them in the email to reply to the tweet with something along those lines. That way they aren't lying and they don't look suspicious for not replying.
