Usually you can get it if you get in contact with someone who has it, or if you sleep in a place where infection can easily spread. For example, I was sleeping on a shitty bed in an immigrant dormitory in a shared room with 5 other people, so it was quite easy for me to get infected
also, I accidently dropped my earbuds in a public toilet stall couple of times. Yeah, it's probably the latter Anyway, hope Reimu will be ok. It sucks that she got infected right before her vacation though.
