It simply has to be that she pretty much never panders to her western fans outside of rare moments. Compare it to Flare who translates her tweets, titles, and most English superchats, Noel who does doulingo, Marine who more frequently acknowledges them etc.
Pekora honestly doesn't acknowledge her western fanbase all that often.
