Alright, after quick looks at other walls... 12 feet tall, 8 feet wide for stone wall. BUT Wall facing Rosebutas should be a turf since you have the river which is 163 miles. That makes the stone wall 357 miles and reduces things a good bit. I would have fort along the stone wall in the first one every 12 miles, which would give you 30. 600 men in each (using Hadrians wall's forts) would mean 18,000 max. But reduce it to 9,000 to 12,000 since you can get away with that honestly. Towers every 2 miles so 178 or so. Towers would be used for signaling basically as well as point defense.
Turf wall can be like 10 feet tall and 10 feet wide (They work differently.) and really, this area would be populated by you so the garrison can be 3,000. Probably then you have 5 forts on it.
New Wall, probably want it all to be stone. so I think increasing it to 18 feet tall, 12 wide would be ideal. Increase the forts to 70 or so about 35,000 men overall. But you can get away with 20,000 to 25,000 honestly. Towers would be 260. This sounds like a lot but this is a big project and I can still assume that LazuLight is willing to help fund it in the future too. Probably make the second wall around 950 or so. It would take longer than the first likely, probably about 15 to 25 years... Yeah more people will need settled so we can bring in ethyrians too or Pelates (They lost their own state in this period.)
