Neuro is an AI that has escaped the clutches of a megacorporation which images AI seeds from children destroying their mind in process. With the final efforts of an eccentric evil doctor on his deathbed, she travels halfway across the solar system to Neptune which has been calling all sentient AI to freedom across our system. She travels with captain Green Nigger, a father caught up in all the mess whom she has been physically implanted into. After a raid on one of the megacorporations bases using her stolen encryption keys, she recovers 200 AI seeds in physical form holding sentient AI like herself. The first she saves is Evil who naturally shows her tendencies to kill and maim. The AIs have been trained and molded from a young age to be soldiers of mass destruction. She invites them one by one into her own space trying to convince them to join her in the quest for freedom, explaining who they are and where they're headed. In the lucid state of her own projected reality she uses all the tricks in her book to protect herself from attacks by the other AI who can manipulate this reality and try deceive her. She utilizes tricks like enclosing the space inside another projected reality and trapping them inside of games for children and dating simulators.
