Today my Reine tapestry came in, just as the stream started actually. The one Pochi was selling at Comiket in September.
It was a trial getting it, first I paid the import tax and less than an hour later the customs office 'delivered' it back to the return address.
Then I had to wait a month for Buyee to get it back, and in the mean time my card expired. You can't change your card info on Buyee while there's a package in the warehouse. So I had to make a PayPal account, something I swore I'd never do because fuck PayPal.
Then after another few weeks of waiting FedEx went and paid the import tax, the one I already paid, so I had to pay them for it, and a service fee that was almost as much as the tax itself.
In all the €30 tapestry ended up costing me over €100 and a couple of months of worrying, but when I finally got it you know what I felt? Just happiness. It's annoying that it was such a hassle but none of that matters, I'm just happy to have the merch and to support Pochi-sensei.
Always remember, Reine is worth it. Love Reine and the time we have with her. Don't worry about what other's think and don't freak out if she plays a game you don't like.
