You take her, you take Mori, you put them together, they make a collab song. Mori already telling IRyS she should write her own song and that Mori will help, this is a golden opportunity falling into your hands by itself, Manager-san. Then you premiere with with an MV(this is important, even better if it's a good MV, with actual animation) and put it on Mori's channel. It will blow up. This is phase one. Second phase is doing all this again, repeating every step, but putting the new song only on IRyS' channel, with heavy promotion from Mori. There, good numbers guaranteed.
Her songs aren't blowing up only because nobody fucking knows they exist, release them on her channel with finished MVs, promote them heavily before release! It's not rocket science.
