To bring the subject back to what actually matters, here is the chart for the 30 days median of peak CCV, starting in 2021.
ATTENTION :the label over the markers is the number of streams in the period, that is, the 30 days that precede the date of the marker
To start, Holo JP. Five things
1) It is absolutely incredible how salient CCVID is in this chart. In the span of 4 weeks Hololive went from their all time high to their all time low
2) Just as incredible is the recovery from it. After Feb 12 of this year (when 30 days do not include pretty much any CCVID stream) Hololive was back to their highest point (excluding dec 2021) since Coco's graduation buff.
3) Number of JP streams took a hit from December (854 streams in the 30 days that precede Christmas, inclusive) to 698 on the 30 days preceding March 6. Lots of casualties and even one fatality this month may be the cause
4) Looking a this chart in hindsight shows how big the "Coco graduation buff" was, and how gigantic the "Sports Fes to HoloX debut" buff was
5) In a similar way, it also shows how weak Mar 2021 and Aug 2021 were for JP, which I blame on APEX championships and lack of a strong FOTM.
