Runie is a hag, so if you like normie, dorky theater hags who like to ruse the audience, she's great; Hina is a seiso bird, dorky, and GFE, but she's also secretly evil; Eimi likes music, is a good artist, is a fujoshi, and is kinda bratty; Muyu is the prototypical mesugaki loli, daughter-wife experience, she's great although she is forced to take breaks and cancel streams; Saya is also a bratty gamer, however, she also takes a lot of breaks.
From the JP generation (Kaleido) Clara is great; she's technically JP, but she mostly streams in English, she has a mix of styles, hag, idol, and cursed zatsudan (kinda like Lia and Pippa). Clara is the best singer of Phase, simply fantastic.
The rest of the JP generation are also good but if you don't speak basic Japanese it'll be hard to get to know them well; Loki-sama plays horror games and has a soft voice; Yuu plays overwatch and is dorky; Pico is the flashbang dog, she's extremely cute, and she also likes rocks and geology (odd!); and Memory plays games but she also cooks cursed meals (handcam).
