The Feaster From Afar Hastare
Similar skillsets, different variation.
If Ina has a halo on her head combined with the tentacles that represent her as an avatar for Cthulu then Altare has horns befitting that of a devil, sprouting from his head. His tentacles are in yellow or bright gold. Needless to say these two will be in a deadlock until the world around them becomes dust. Purple magic circles and yellow signs would litter the ground. Ina firing beams after beams in order to eradicate her half-brother to no avail. Altare in turn, continues to materialize spiked tentacles, capable of piercing and skewering at inhuman speeds, turning his half-sister's body into a pincushion, only for her to regenerate again and again. Eventually there will be nothing left with the planet and they will fight out into the vastness of space until it ends. The King In Yellow Hastare
More Demon Lord than the Feaster from Afar, a skillset that diverges from Cthulu's.
If Ina has the same moveset from Mazumaro's animation then Altare's would be slightly different. Toxic behavior is the main personality for The King In Yellow variant and he will be dressed as such from top to bottom adorned in Gold. (Not unlike Super Sonic). In this form. Altare does not share the powers that Ina has, instead opting to be more up close and personal with his half-sister rather than just standing around and spamming laser beams or unleashing Gate of These Hands. Altare has the uncanny ability to seal attacks or overwrite them into attacking her by marking them with a yellow sign. It either forces her to cancel or create another rune to fire her lasers or hands to try and suppress her half-brother. These are all worthless as in this form, Altare can counter her spells by turning them against her. In terms of fistfighting, Altare has the upper-hand. Unlike the above prompt, as the King In Yellow, he has enough sanity to seal her in a prison several thousand feet under the sea.I won't lie. Not my best approach because I'm really bad at Lovecraftian stuff and I don't have that much information on a lot of things.
