It probably was better for her to leave, especially if she does move to a bigger company/somewhere where she can get what she needs to feel good about what she's doing. It does hurt though, seeing how close the other Tsun girls have gotten recently, I feel like she would have benefitted a lot from it, but we'll never know.
On a side note, sometimes I feel bad about how much Ria is discussed hear, knowing some of the girls lurk here on occasion. I don't want them to feel like we don't love and appreciate them too.
