I don't have pain but I simply can't lift shit anymore, and my arm is shaking like crazy after my workout. I don't even lift super heavy, but I do a lot of pullups.
I've had multiple tendinitis in this shoulder, I pray that my nerve isn't fucked. I hope we will both make it
