They are streaming their L2Ds to Reya, who then chromakeys them (which is where you get those awkward blurry purple borders around their L2Ds from) and puts the scenes together and so on and so forth. Reya then has another stream that Gigi is restreaming on her channel.
They have to do it in a roundabout way like this since Cover would never let someone that's not formally employed by them access the actual L2D software or stream directly to a Holo channel.
