There's events that you can get tickets to before hand, Q&a panels, see if theres a seiyuu you know, video game demos, fig displays and like 75% of the floor is usually a massive market place
Unless you're a cosplayer you can pretty much conquer what you want in one day, just always take it easy and stroll through the booths, there's really no rush if you get there when it opens till close, enjoy your time
