I think the appeal of that prompt is the fact that it *is* unwanted, and despite being unprepared you work hard to make do with what you have. Every day is hectic yet you learn to love the woman and the child inside her, and the struggle turns out to be worth it in the end to see your kid's smile, upon reflection 20 years later where one simple decision changed the course of your life forever.
