To the credit of the other Lunaito, I think he was convinced to not adopt a 100% isolationist approach because of /inf/'s isolationist arc and its consequences. Playing pure isolationists in a collaborative project kind of gets in the way, right? Maybe there's a way to capture /luna/'s isolation while reconciling it with the other Lunaito's stuff (I imagine this would be the expedition to other countries). After all, even very isolationist countries would at least want to have information on the outside, if only for military matters.
