Having him be another hidden facet worshipped at the underground cathedral would be the easiest, but part of the reason I hid the Cthulhu/time god stuff underground in the first place is because it's all just fanlore. Eki is canon, so shoving him down there might not make narrative sense. I suppose I might go with him being considered an evil facet of Ike who is officially shunned by Quilldren, allowing them to keep their respectable public faces. Quietly however, they worship him anyways, hence rituals taking place at the underground cathedral rather than above ground.
