The only barrier is that I don't have many ideas I could realistically make with my current skills and resources (not enough non-cunny Neuro images that fit my ideas). I once considered a Neuro 70s porno but making her intentionally moan using her V1 voice isn't that easy.
Now, if you want actual animation like anime then I have little interest since I don't have the patience to AI generate frames to make Neuro move. I encourage any artfags to animate those audios, just don't shill your PayPal like the last guy to upload one of mine to YouTube.
