Speaking of Phase Coffee, finally got around to making some from the mystery beans they sent with the Christmas lucky boxes. First time ever making coffee from beans before, no clue what the fuck I was doing. The black coffee was pretty acidic, no clue if it's because I fucked it up or that was just what the flavor of the coffee was supposed to be. I don't ever drink black coffee so no clue. Added some milk and sugar and it tasted pretty decent. Wish they at least marked these beans so I knew what kind of flavor profile to expect.
