Given that this is a nearly vanilla server, with no perm modifications, the logical conclusion is that everyone on the server also has OP.
As mentioned up thread, this 100% is a creative hole, there's no way someone would've dug down so early into the server, not grabbed materials, then made their way up without an exit and made the dirt pillar.
The true rrat is that one of the girls made it in creative, knows the shitstorm that would ensue if she came out and admitted that they all had access to creative mode, so is feigning ignorance to avoid it.
