The original plan for the Yuko themed army was to send a 500pt group as a gift via Offkai or similar convention along with one of the cheap "learn to paint" boxes to do whatever with.
Surgery, emergencies, family stuff, etc made it to where realistically, Offkai will never be an option. So, spent time when possible for abt 10 months to make a 1500pt group to make something worth presenting under the art tag. Finished and was happy to see Boobros stumble across the post. Was one of arts that didn't get reposted so, thought it could be a management thing because GW is a dick (they're the company that went after 40k fans for making fan works like animations) and she is part of a corporation that relies on her image.
The point: though anything on the west coast is no longer an option, I might be able to get to a tournament held in the states around me.
2000pt is a competition size, which can be done with a little repainting/ building things I already have.
But, I don't want to do something that could cause issues for Yuko or Idol because GW is retarded.
Should the attempt be made, or should it end here?
