Here's how my captions are setup:
Minimal caption is 1girl, <name>
Full caption starts the same as the minimal caption: 1girl, <name>, rest of the tags
Shuffle caption is enabled
Keep Tag Count is 2 (to cover 1girl, <name>)
Note: Keep Tag Count is 3 for 2girls set, because 2girls, <name1>, <name2>
Tag Shuffling is enabled
TE1 training is disabled, only TE2 and UNet is trained
Make sure to have enough images/epochs for the training to see enough of both cases

I think qpi and akari are hitting something in the pony TE, I'm thinking of switching to underscore for name (as in yumeno_akari)
