>>12054280As the chadbeard boomer in the thread, I'm just gonna drop my opinion that the one month collab ban is too long. Two weeks is a nice cushion to hit the ground and start running. If you're still worried a chuba you vetted months prior, who you've been communicating and working with for another few months, will somehow suddenly shit the bed in no less than two weeks, then you shouldn't have hired that chuba in the first place.
Ultimately, while stirring shit up isn't a good thing, gen 3 is less in the wrong just by virtue of A) not making a public scene by discussing confidential company goings on, B) not posting discord logs (real or fake) like a lot of your standard cancel culture villains, C) the collab ban being too long in the first place given the time it takes to even debut chubas in the first place being a cushion in and of itself, and D) management uniornically screwing up by not catching the scheduling mistake before it went public.
Ideally the collab will be approved and the ban lowered to two weeks from here on out.
