Niger gangs and crime rates are probably true too: Alley of the Stars had me fearing for my life, LA looks like something out of DREDD: I expected a shootout to happen anytime. Also hobos.
Realistically though, New Orleans should be more memey than Florida. It's like a giant Pirate cove of rave, whores, booze and drugs.
