Since AI relies on you to feed it art so it understands how to perform, if you want to use an artstyle other than "looks like it was drawn by a hentai artist who likes photorealism", you need to supply it a lot of images of the desired style. Most people can't be asked to do that much. I really appreciate when AI artists dip into different styles, it's created some of my favorite fanart, full stop.
