>>82356571My personal headcanon is that Mint initially gave Elira the benefit of the doubt, they met up with Millie and Enna, talked about typical stuff, work etc, and the topic of Dokibird gets brought up. Instead of showing any concern about what happened to her like she expected they all went "fuck that bitch" instead and went on the typical nijisister spiel. Mint doesn't make an immediate comment but is horrified and cuts them off afterwards. She then feels lost and traumatized afterwards because some of her closest friends and coworkers since before Nijisanji outed themselves as complete assholes and at the time she was worried Dokibird cut her off too so she reached out to Matara for consolation. Matara understood what Mint was struggling with because she saw some of their coworker's asshole behaviors firsthand before she left. Matara would pass on what she learned about her post niji career to Mint and help her find herself again, along with Kiara and the twin doggos. As for her former coworkers, Matara would eventually cut them off except for Rosemi, who probably has her own thoughts on the situation.
