>>29826573Well, I think in her case there was probably an element of "making up for lost time(lol)" because of the forced breaks so she tried to overburden herself to try and knock out all the forced breaks.
But her one friend's comment about her coming across as flakey since she seemed to always say yes but never fully commit to something seemed to help her take better inventory of her priorities which is why she's dead-set on underpromising and overdelivering right now on her current projects which is good for her on multiple fronts. The way she approached things prior could have lead to burnout, though I think she kept getting interrupted by things she had no control over for the first half of 2022, so she was on the path of too much stress not from burnout, but stress from feeling like she wasn't able to do enough during those periods.
As much as we tease her for her dumb moments, she does possess a weird amount of introspection for someone in her field, maybe to a crippling degree at times, and that sort of behavior definitely helps in forming her "cool" persona so to speak the other girls seem to admire.
