Quiet room or the study, full of manga, books, magazines and other quiet activities.
Large kitchen for aspiring chefs.
The padded room. (Essentially a psych ward room just bouncy no pain fun)
Large shop/garage with gasoline and diesel powered toys.
The armory. Pretty self explanatory, guns, ammo and work benches for all your smithing needs.
Huge 200+ acre property in an undisclosed location where your favorite vtubers can run wild naked(if they so desire) freely.
Then off course there's my room which is off limits except emergency's and invite only.
I've been thinking about this more extensively for months and months. But alas it's just a delusional fantasy that will never be a reality due to liabilities and money required to pull it off, also let alone any vtuber actually wanting to risk their lives for some actual distraction free breaks from streaming.
