also i think male vtuber models are so fucking ugly half the time. i know its not alike at all, but if the experience of female vs male vtubers is so different, why even exist? at least male idols IRL have earned their keep. maybe its just the /vt/ bias, but it feels like all male vtubers do is be catty with each other, their female coworkers, and whine about their careers.
