And it uses Danbooru as its source, which is A. curated to specifically feature quality (and by extension popular and relatively easy to backtrace) art, and B. features not only paywalled art but literally trademarked IPs from big industries and corporations who have lots of lawyers at their beck and call.
The people behind NovelAI, who remember are monetized their service, are quite frankly suicidally stupid.
