The loli "problem", The west's perception of lolis and lolicons

Do you think the lolicon tendencies of japanese vtubers will eventually become a problem as their popularity grows in the west? Lolicon content is still heavily frowned upon in the west, and alot of moralfags utilizing cancel culture to damage the reputation of vtubers is a conceivable outcome.
At least in hololive, we have some weird precedents; there have been multiple official artworks that censor the original character design of more "loli" like characters, making them appear more "mature" with larger breasts. Is this cover's plan? to try to hide the loli character designs from being super mainstream, by making promotional art appear less loli, whilst still leaving the original character models alone? Or were those promotional arts a fluke, are they not going to kneel whatsoever and just throw it all out there. Or the worst possible scenario, they censor the designs through and through (for western audiences).
Maybe vtubers will become well known and liked enough to take away the stigma against loli stuff and lolicons, but probably not.
they should make articles about this in relation to the vtuber community, instead of other gender issues
