The other side of it is the general chance of encountering retards that are always "on" as if they're hoping they'll end up on someone's stream or video, and autists that aren't socially confident enough to talk face to face but are fine approaching people in game/online. A model change might spare you from the former, but it's not as likely to affect the latter.
