When I upscale and I need to do a bunch I use agent scheduler extension which is basically a queue feature. I'd grab the ones I want to upscale, put them in PNG info and send them to img2img, edit the weights, set the upscale, -1 seed, and maybe turn on adetailer and enqueue it. Repeat for the next image, reduce the LoRA, seed -1, enqueue...
