If you ignore the modern anime artstyle with gradients etc, and just focus on the execution, I can follow bellyfriend more. I mean, starting from Fubuki's head, it's okay. Not perfect but good. Her shoulders look a bit odd if you look at the area around the collarbones. The belly shouldn't be longer, it would break the anatomy. I can agree with bellyanon's impression of the lighting. If you look at the different highlights it's really satisfying. It might not appeal to everyone but it's really art of its profession.
