>>31705655yes! the thing is it's usually not touched upon since it's quite ethically fucked up to think about BUT, i think it's just the same as lab-grown meat (except in fiction, the homunculi is sentient and alive) and magni, while so-called "seiso", his lore pretty much him being selfish and greedy (though he is kindhearted, he has a wall that he built around himself)?
i don't think he really cares about the ethical part regarding the magmites, he just likes to eat and toy with them (while they serve as assistants as well)
