I'm a bit skeptical about Maid Mint's average CCV being too low, but I think it's because she gets double the numbers and more whenever she does karaoke. Dooby is of course brand new so the debut hype is very noticeable, but she's dual-streamed nearly every stream and gets similar CCV on both sites. The orange/yellow names were ones I thought were /BIG/, borderline /BIG/ or soon to be /BIG/ but you can disregard them if you'd like (the vast majority of sub-/BIG/ chuubas have downtrending numbers).
I also don't know how to get average monthly CCV for TikTok but ChaCha's the only one I know who uses it. If you're going off her current combined numbers she's barely a 4view, but it's also a special stream. I don't count streams without a model which is why Aethel has 3, roughly half of Hyoon's are RTX, and so on. Zilver used to have 11K CCV 2 years ago but I didn't realize he's slowed down so much since but he's also kind of a shitpost addition to tier lists regardless.
