Remember to have rest days and sleep at minimum 6.5 to 8 hours daily, do not commit the fucking mistake of exercising real hard 5 days a week with little sleep, otherwise you will be welcoming heart failure just as you would by being a fatass or neet or both forcing sleep deprivation on themselves, heck, those guys would probably last longer than you in said case.
