To make a soundpost, download or screen record the video you want. Then use the webm convertor from the /wsg/ sticky to turn it into a webm. You can use that same software to trim it or crop it. Then use software or a site to turn the original video into an mp3 or other sound file. Now open up the 4chansounds menu click the dropdown arrow and select tools. There you can make a soundpost, type the filename, upload the webm, and the sound then press create. Now you can download the soundpost and upload it.
