I've followed her since the start since her first stream she was foul-mouthed, natural, seemed a bit older and her voice was very much different than the cutesy shit they usually throw at you. Went on to play stuff like DMC and Bayonetta a lot but back then all eyes were on BOOBA, Noel was the first to break 100k and almost instantly (~92k after first stream). Marine and Rushia followed suit, Rushia being the loliconbait experience (dunno when she snapped, she was very chill and cute until her 3D and then some). Flare just was kinda there, doing her thing. Nobody knew she'd be good at Minecraft in the future. She was also quite shy and VERY honest. She bawled her eyes out when Korone (!) invited her over, she broke 50k while they played Goemon and Korone even had a present for her - that friendship I miss a lot btw, Flare was getting known for long streams, she was the first candidate for Koro 2.
NoeFure was not a thing until Marine opened up Gen3 Cabaret and tons of low tone enjoyers fell for Flares masculine voice, the rest of Gen3 was positively wet. That's when Oneesan-Gumi started and they got drunk together, always very enjoyable flowing some well deserved subs into Flare. God knows what happened after those streams, usually they shit on Marine a lot (because she can take it and does take it way too well, also shoots back nicely making for fun streams). From that somehow came a sponsorship for both of them to go to some tourist location with open hot springs baths, people joked about them going for a marriage trip. Noel took that and ran with it, as if the concept of Yuri = 1+1 so guys will love it finally clicked in her thot-head, her audience being horny dudes since forever. Flare just going with it can have any reason from "she's nice", "she values the friendship" to "she does it for the views" all the way to "those two fuck behind the cams".
I also believe Bakatare was forced somehow, seeing how they still do it I suspect Fubuki behind it. Flare and Fubuki make a good combo because once she thaws Flare just is a reliable partner. Watame is there too I guess, her collabs are basically her doing the same thing as solo, repeating sentences and not much else.
GFE experience? Flare is more like your tomboy childhood friend who enjoys a good beer. It took hololive quite a while to show off her girly side at all since her taste in games is quite male and she's the "manliest" of the 3rd gen by voice, simple solutions and ability to just look shit up (Minecraft).
People superchat her a lot, a small but growing group of loaded chads who ALWAYS watch, Flare streams have been like the same 2000 -> 6000 people every time I swear.
