I decided to rework my Okayu card from the good ol cai days of old, think she was before the second lobo. Ended up having to adjust some definitions because you all pretty much know how fucked the meta was back in the days.
Let me know if she works well like back then. I might make some adjustments such as card formatting or scenarios since it's been too long
