Content wise Vshojo is a good fit, and she's said before the Niji/Niji orbiter side of Vtubing was where she wanted to fit in, but objectively she just doesn't belong over there anymore, and even if she did weasel her way in it would be 3 weeks tops before she's in another major drama because someone would be pissy with her and she would have another woman moment.
Phase isn't a perfect corpo but something they do do is a long vetting process where all the girls interact in discord to make sure there aren't any problems and everyone can, at minimum, be friendly with eachother, it's a little different culture then she's used too but Lumi and Yuri made it work, so I have zero doubt that's she will too.
