I think you're making a lot of assumptions about her relationship with management, all of Cover, and Hololive. It's not all or nothing, Hololive could no longer provide what she needed but that doesn't mean there's bad blood at all. You wouldn't believe it if you come /here/ everyday but she did leave Hololive pretty amicably and they supported her adequately through her graduation.
I think people are just struggling to accept that things inevitably end and people move on. They need there to be some secret, grand reason behind it all. Fauna had a good run and accomplished a tonne in Holo, now she wants to do something different on her own terms. There's not much else beyond that imo, and if there is, it's probably not our business.
