>>23241786Well I am not going to lie, I've been through that wringer before as well. I went on vacation abroad for a month and half my team quit while I was on vacation. I worked so many back to back 12 hour shifts until we got a functioning team again. (Kept hire people who were 100% useless so it lasted a few months). Also they put a literal nigger-tier dude on my team, running up the clock and doing nothing. Like 16 hours on the weekend and nothing to show for it. Happy I am back to being able to comfortably slack through my job and getting sung praises
