>>25467610I'm pretty confident irl but was nervous when I started posting edits and stuff here because it was unfamiliar to me and I felt like I was an outsider in terms of interests, since I don't really watch anime, play games, or know anything about japan like everyone else seems to. all the positive feedback I got gave me the confidence to stick around, and I now I don't really worry as much about people not liking the stuff I make.
It's kinda cringe but I screenshot or clip all the nice things people say so that I can go through them when I'm struggling on something, it helps me push through and finish long projects
